This wedding venue is nestled in the valley along side the Nooksack River
in the Mount Baker foothills.
We are honored to be considered to host your Special Day. The setting is Peaceful, Unique and Breathtaking. The perfect combination of Elegance and Nature. You won’t find a more Beautiful, Versatile Venue for your one of a kind Wedding. The Ranch sits beneath a landscape of Foothills and Mountains, among two hundred foot Cedars, Hemlock and Douglas Fir swaying gently in the breeze. We provide the ideal backdrop for you and your guests to create memories to last a lifetime. Feel free to walk through this landscaped woodsy setting.

Everything you need to know and more;
May through September our rate is $3,400. Off season rates vary depending on use. A $1,200. deposit is required at the time of reservation, the balance is due 60 days prior to your event.
We will do our best to accommodate you and your guests before and after your event. We are open exclusively for your event Friday through Sunday the following hours;
Friday 10AM to 4PM for setup.
Saturday from 9AM to 9PM day of your event.
Sunday Hours are 10AM to 2PM for clean up.
One day events can be requested for hourly rate
A two hour rehearsal can be scheduled anytime during regular business hours when we are not hosting another event.
When choosing a caterer, there is no food prep or refrigeration facilities, so caterer must be self contained.
Wine, beer, and champagne are allowed. A banquet permit must be present as well as an approved licensed server.
We require an event policy with $1,000,000 coverage naming Misty River Ranch and Tres & Laura Ellis as the additionally insured. This can be done through your homeowner’s policy, or an event insurer, for example, Wedsafe. Pricing varies but generally $175-$200 for a day event policy.
Animals are not allowed on the premises with the exception of true licensed, leashed, documented service animals.
