Misty River Ranch is an Open Air
Wedding and Events Venue.
Our wedding venue is nestled in the valley along side the Nooksack River in the Mount Baker foothills.
We are honored to be considered to host your Special Day.

The Ranch sits beneath a landscape of Foothills and Mountains, among two hundred foot Cedars, Hemlock and Douglas Fir swaying gently in the breeze. We provide the ideal backdrop for you and your guests to create memories to last a lifetime.

Everything you need to know and more;
Our Rates
May through September our rate is $4,500. Off season rates vary depending on use. A $1,200. non refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation, the balance is due 60 days prior to your event. A $200 refundable trash deposit is required.
Hours
We will do our best to accommodate you and your guests before and after your event. We are open for your event Friday through Sunday the following hours;
Friday 10AM to 5PM for setup.
Saturday from 9AM to 9PM day of your event.
Sunday Hours are 10AM to 2PM for clean up.
Rehearsal
A two hour rehearsal can be scheduled anytime during regular business hours when we are not hosting another event.
Caterer
When choosing a caterer, there is no food prep or refrigeration facilities, so caterer must be self contained.
Alcoholic Beverages
Wine, beer, and champagne are allowed. A banquet permit must be present as well as an approved M.A.S.T. certified server.
Insurance
We require an event policy with $1,000,000 coverage naming Misty River Ranch and Tres & Laura Ellis as the additionally insured. This can be done through your homeowner’s policy, or an event insurer, for example, Wedsafe. Pricing varies but generally $175-$200 for a day event policy.
Pets
Animals are not allowed on the premises with the exception of true licensed, leashed, documented service animals.
Bartending must be M.A.S.T certified. No gratuity or tax is collected. Prices are subject to change and MRR reserves the right to change any and all aspects of pricing/discounts listed here without notice. **
